• If the project has started but is not more than 30% completed, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the work completed.
• If the project is more than 30% completed, no refunds will be issued.
• If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services due to our own shortcomings, a full or partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• If you change your mind after the project has significantly progressed.
• If delays occur due to lack of communication or delayed responses from your side.
• If the application is rejected by app stores due to reasons unrelated to our development process.
• If additional features or modifications are requested after project completion.
